Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Urethane Millwork Fabricator with carpentry skills to modify urethane millwork and create custom pieces. The ideal candidate will be able to:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use measuring tools accurately (including a tape measure)
Work with hand tools (drills, routers, sanders)
Operate larger equipment such as table saws
Modify and fabricate custom urethane millwork pieces
Ensure high-quality finishes on all custom projects
Work independently and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

Carpentry experience is essential
Ability to use basic hand tools and woodworking machinery
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Prior experience with urethane millwork is a plus
