Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction. New Build Housing, House Building

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 Per annum

Qualifications: CSCS card, First Aid, Driving License, SSSTS is desired

A medium sized Housing Developer is looking for a Finishing Foreman for their Northampton sites. They specialise in bespoke new build housing sites ranging from 10-50 units.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the finishing stage of construction projects on Northampton sites
• Ensure quality standards are met and work is completed on schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage site health and safety procedures
• Report progress to the Site Manager

Experience:

Prior experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager for a Housing Developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Good problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

Work on construction sites in various weather conditions. Full-Time hours with occasional overtime may be required.
