Head of Software Engineering – Central London – Up to £100,000 PA plus equity
DCS Technology in collaboration with our FinTech client are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is committed to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
The role
As Head of Engineering, you will oversee all technical aspects of the organisation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on development, performance architecture, and security. You’ll be responsible for guiding the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning engineering objectives with broader company goals. Your expertise in Node.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MongoDB, React, and React Native will be essential in building and maintaining robust, scalable systems.
