Non Executive Director - The Role:

As a NED or Advisory Board Member, you will bring expertise, strategic insight, and governance to the company’s board. You will play a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring robust decision-making as the company continues to scale.

Non Executive Director - Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the company’s strategic vision and growth plans

- Provide independent oversight, advice, and constructive challenge to the executive team

- Offer industry insights and connections to support the firm’s expansion and market positioning

- Ensure effective governance and adherence to regulatory requirements

- Participate in approximately four board meetings per year and provide ad hoc advice as needed

Non Executive Director – You:
