THE POSITION:

Following Roland’s acquisition of DW, we are building a dedicated European sales team and are looking for experienced sales professionals based in the UK and mainland Europe. This team will drive business across our DW, PDP, Slingerland, and DWe product lines, growing our retail network and strengthening our market presence.

These are target-driven roles focused on expanding dealer partnerships, increasing sales, and driving brand growth across key territories.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales & Business Growth
  • Develop and manage key dealer accounts, with a focus on top-performing retailers.
  • Drive profitable sales growth, working closely with owners, buyers, and sales teams.
  • Implement an effective call plan and performance reviews.
  • Seek out and develop new retail partnerships in key markets.
  • Work with dealers to optimise stock levels, merchandising, and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure dealers have access to product information and marketing support.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role within the musical instrument (MI) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DW products, the drum industry, and retail sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with electronic drum technology and drum software (for DWe).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Essential Attributes

  • Passionate about drums and engaged with the MI industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
  • Willing to travel frequently across the UK, Europe, and internationally as needed.
  • Holds a full driving licence.
  • Holds a full valid passport.
