Site Manager No1 (Housing)

Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a permanent Number 1 Site Manager for a Housing Project, near Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

1. Previous employment with a large PLC house builder.

Minimum Qualifications required:

1. SMSTS
2. Black CSCS
3. First Aid

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively on a daily basis.
2. Strong Leadership.
3. Be able to lead from the front.
4. Ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
5. Excellent IT skills.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Develop and manage programmes.
8. Maintain a proactive approach to subcontractor management.
