Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs largest RIBA chartered practices who provide expert design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to help work on a variety of projects across the commercial and residential sector for their team in their London studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need relevant experience as a Part 2 within a UK practice and ideally have work experience within the residential sector. The successful candidate will need to possess a passion for architecture and experience across a range of software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
• Completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
• Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong passion for architecture and the built environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• UK driving license
