Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with designer to follow through and advise during the development process from material and trims sourcing, sampling and fitting approval, costing negotiations to pre-production confirmations
2. Monitor vendor performance, production capacity and lead-time management
3. Track and update production status, merchandise information, cost details in the system in an accurate and timely manner
4. Identify, address and resolve any development and production issues
5. Provide technical resolutions for problem shooting during development and bulk production to facilitate effective business decision making

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Merchandising / Textiles related disciplines
2. With at least 3-4 years relevant experience
3. Good command in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; conversational level)
4. Result oriented, with excellent communication skills, responsive and detail minded
5. Responsible and organized, and able to work under tight schedules
6. Possess effective business liaison skills between vendors and design teams for problem resolutions
