Maintaining RMA lists
Calls to courier companies if needed
Generating Labels (If needed)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a relevant position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK experience will be a plus).
Must have good internet and own laptop.
Backup light (no excuse on it).
Good communication and responsiveness; should respond instantly during working hours.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
You must be a team player to work with a team of 10.
