Location: Sheffield

Salary: Up to 30,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with shipments (Air, Road & Sea) from booking to final delivery (Including customs)
• Supporting the team with all enquiries relating to shipments
• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Client engagement - Proactively chase quotes and follow up to convert to sales, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as working as a Freight Forwarder in the UK is essential
• Experience dealing with shipments from start to finish
• Minimum 1 years experience working for a freight forwarder in a similar role
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent customer service.
• Full right to live & work in the UK.
• Good verbal and written communication.
