Job description

Legal sector recruitment specialist - Director at Goodwin Hume

Employment Law Solicitor/Associate role

Taunton / Bristol / Exeterentirely flexible working (perhaps 1 day a week in the office)

We are excited to be working on this new Employment Law vacancy for this large regional firm.

The firm has an excellent name for their Employment Law work which is both non-contentious and contentious, mainly acting for respondents but also dealing with some executive level claimant work - so there is excellent variety to help you develop a broad range of experience.

This can be potentially either a Solicitor level or an Associate level appointment, but as a minimum you will probably have at least 2 or 3 years of good quality Employment Law PQE at this stage.

The team offer a huge amount of flexibility in terms of days in the office versus days working from home, and a number of people in the team only perhaps come in to the office one day a week if that would suit your circumstances.

This is an excellent opening for an Employment lawyer based in the SW, looking to progress and join a larger, higher profile firm. In the role you will work closely with a lead Partner and a highly experienced Senior Associate, so there is plenty of support and supervision on offer.
