Job Description

The company is searching for a 4 - 10 PQE commercial lawyer to join their team in Essex. Your day to day work would include:

• Advising, drafting, and negotiating IT / tech-related agreements including licensing, software, SaaS, outsourcing, and more.
• Drafting and negotiating general contracts including joint venture and white label agreements
• Collaborating across legal and the wider business on UK & European projects
• Providing ad hoc legal and risk advice as needed
• Regulatory & compliance
• Supervising more junior members of the team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• 4 - 10 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience as a commercial tech & outsourcing solicitor
• Th ability to commute into their office in Essex 2 - 3 days per week
