Freelance Artists wanted for Glasgow Life project

Glasgow Life will commission two freelance, Glasgow-based artists for a 6-month Heritage Artist in Communities project, to uncover and celebrate the intangible and physical heritage of Sauchiehall Street. This is part of a wider development phase programme to collaboratively reimagine Sauchiehall Street’s future and renewal as a culture and heritage district, working with communities, local organisations, and businesses. The creative outcomes from the project will go towards informing future plans for the street. These commissions are funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund Heritage Places Initiative.

Fee: £14,411 – based on 2 days pw for 6 months (48 days) @ £300.22
