Description
The Content Marketing Specialist exists to support the Content Marketing Strategy Lead to maximize easyJet’s reach and impact across owned and organic channels, focusing on social media (specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
You will create content for easyJet’s social media channels to inspire travel and drive demand, measure, optimize, analyze, and report on social media content, aligned to broader marketing and business KPIs.
Ensure content marketing plans and calendars are well documented, with clear performance forecasts. Provide creative consultancy to regional Content Marketing Specialists using agreed best practices and playbooks, and work closely with local marketing teams to understand commercial priorities and translate them into impactful content franchises.

This role is full time and hybrid where we spend 60% of our time together as a team at our head office at Luton Airport and our Agency offices in London with some occasional travel.
