Job Description:

As a result of continuing growth, we are looking for an additional member of staff to join the team who is keen to specialise in nail beautification and be part of our ethos of supporting customers with improving nail health and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

The role would involve the following:

• Performing nail treatments including manicures and pedicures to a high standard;
• Providing luxury manicures and pedicures using a specific product range;
• Nail art and creative nail art design, including the use of foils, glitter, one stroke nail art;
• Cleaning and sanitising tools and equipment after each use;
• Supporting colleagues with the prep for their appointments;
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;
• Staying up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques;
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area;
• Competently handling customer queries and arranging appointments for all product offerings;
• Learning how to provide customers with information about the Aesthetic, Skin Boosters and Vitamin Injections offered by the salon;
• Supporting the introduction of new treatments and products.

Requirements

• Experience of undertaking Manicures & Pedicures, Acrylic / BIAB / Polygel Extension application;
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in providing manicures and pedicures;
• Experience in the application of BIAB (builder in a bottle), desirable but not essential;
• Experience of e-files beneficial;
• Able to adhere to allocated appointment slots and remain on time;
• An outgoing and enthusiastic approach towards customer appointments;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.

The Role

• Salaried / PAYE full time position (self-employed not an option);
• Salary £25,000;
• Further salary reviews each year;
