What's in it for you?
Octopus Real Estate is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager, covering the London & Greater London Regions. The External Business Development Managers (EBDMs) must be highly motivated, articulate, passionate people who thrive whilst working in a fast-paced sales team. You will be responsible for the delivery of lending targets across a defined region, managing all introducer accounts for that region. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy, established funding lines, and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments). Supported with a bespoke training programme to give you all the tools required to succeed. This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team.

The team is well established, and they aim to provide a level of technical expertise with a personal service that is unrivalled in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for the delivery of lending targets across a defined region. Our EBDMs are not just best in class, they are expected to deliver world class service to their brokers and clients.
