1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Prep School in Banstead (SM7)

The Role:

• Location: Prep School, Banstead (SM7)
• Salary: £450-£500 per week (term time only)
• Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, starting ASAP for the 2024/2025 academic year

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
• Some experience working with children in an educational or SEN setting
• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles
• Able to engage and motivate students with a positive and proactive attitude
• Committed to inclusion and equal opportunities
• Works well in a team and takes initiative when needed
