You are the first face and first conversation visitors to All Saints Hospital in Oldham will experience. Your warm and friendly personality will shine through as you greet and assist staff, visitors, and service users.
What you will be doing
In this exciting role at All Saints Hospital, a deaf service, each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working alongside the reception team, your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, coordinating the office diary for meetings and events, and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails, and post.
Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff, and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign-ins, conduct security checks, and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.
You will oversee the service provided by reception and ensure that all reception processes are followed by both the receptionists and any staff covering reception.

All Saints Hospital is a specialist Mental Health service for people who are deaf or have complex communication needs. It is a culturally sensitive service which has been created to provide support and rehabilitation with care and intervention from both deaf and hearing members of staff.
You will be working in a multidisciplinary team at All Saints Hospital, which has self-contained flats for men over 18 years old, to help them move along their care pathway to more independent living.
