Base pay range

Duration: 31st December 2025 – with a possibility of extension.

Pay Rate: From £29.33 per hour

Location: UK Remote

The client is a leading innovator in the field of extended reality (XR), specializing in the research, development, and production of immersive technologies. Their work spans augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR), with a focus on creating next-generation hardware and software that enhance digital interaction.

The lab is known for designing advanced headsets, smart glasses, and spatial computing devices, as well as developing the platforms and operating systems that power them. Their products often aim to blend the physical and digital worlds, offering users more natural and intuitive ways to connect, work, and play in virtual spaces.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of professional experience on either the brand side of retail in-store merchandising, the vendor side of retail in-store merchandising, or the agency side of in-store merchandising.
• Must have experience sharing program/project updates across broad teams and organizations - transparency is key within the Meta culture and the ability to communicate, clear + concise cross-functionally.
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to track and articulate the intricacies of complex fixture installations.
• Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Excellent at finding the root cause of issues or gathering the necessary cross-functional members to find that cause or solution to an issue.
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
• Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure vary.
• Excellent communicator, superb verbal, and written communication.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)
