Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our antenna manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, or the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record in executive leadership.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
  • Set clear objectives and performance targets for departments.
Operational Management
  • Oversee production, supply chain, and quality control to ensure high product standards.
  • Drive efficiency improvements across manufacturing processes.
  • Implement and uphold health & safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Financial Performance & Growth
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
Business Development & Sales
  • Build relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts with major customers.
  • Drive innovation and R&D to stay competitive in the antenna manufacturing sector.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or Senior Executive in manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
