Assistant Project Manager

Our client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton, Bristol and Birmingham are seeking a Assistant Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from their Northampton office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units and commercial buildings. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects, operating client side and will liaise with the client, contractor and cost management team.

Assistant Project Manager Position Salary & Benefits

Salary: 30k - 40k DOE
Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EV's)
Holiday- 25 days plus BH

Assistant Project Manager Position Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in the Construction Industry
Must hold a Construction Management degree or similar
Full driving licence
Based within reasonable commuting distance of Northampton and happy to travel for projects
