Job description

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's successful team.

This award-winning family-run established business operating within the care sector is looking for the right person to join as a hands-on Sales Manager.

The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will report directly to the directors to drive sales and develop commercial strategies for the team. You will be responsible for managing the team to ensure that new inquiries are taken and managed, and appointments are booked for the team.

You will also be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to existing customers to ensure they are satisfied and happy, and to engage historic customers to book checkups and routine appraisals.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for the commercial strategy in setting up and maintaining commercial referral strategies and relationships to generate an additional inquiry stream for the business.

The Person

You will have a background in sales and sales management, managing sales and commercial teams. You will also be able to lead from the front and be hands-on within the sales process when needed.

Salary

Negotiable basic salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 PA + OTE in the region of £80,000.
