Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Bartender for our new restaurant concept.

Four Seasons Park Lane are excited to announce a new restaurant partnership with Yannick Alléno, opening Summer 2023. Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your role:

As Bartender, you will assist the Bar team to consistently provide impeccable service at all times to guests in our new Yannick Alléno concept. By living and breathing all things drinks and cocktails and collection of wines, you will look to surprise, excite and wow our guests through flair, charisma and charm. You will be a key member of the team, delivering a magical and memorable experience for every guest.
