HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition & Development Tunbridge Wells 40K Perm Hybrid

We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition & Development to join our client's dynamic HR team! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of their recruitment and selection process. You'll also take the lead on developing and managing graduate work placements, A-level work experience programs, and representing the firm at career fairs. From recruitment to employee lifecycle management, you'll ensure everything aligns with their People Strategy and Business Plans.

You'll bring specialist HR experience from a professional services environment (LLP, Legal, FS or Accountancy - Key requirement) and hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent). You are a highly organised professional with a track record of managing multiple priorities and tasks under tight deadlines. Your calm, approachable demeanour will allow you to build strong relationships with everyone you work with. Discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently are key.
