Music Teacher - Job Description

1. MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
2. September 2025 - Full-time and permanent contract
3. Teach across KS3 and KS4, with the option for KS5
4. Plan your lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance
5. Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons
6. ECT's and experienced teachers encouraged

Music Teacher - Person Specification

1. UK QTS - Essential
2. Teaching at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
3. Music related degree at 1:1 or 2:1 from reputable university
4. Ambitious and driven personality
5. Great communication skills
6. Desire to progress
