Job Description

This is the chance to join a busy Residential Property team working alongside the Head of Department and another legal assistant.

The team does not undertake volume conveyancing - so it's likely that you will have between 30-40 files.

This is the chance to work underneath a Head of Department who has helped grow the revenue in the team by networking and building relationships in the local market. The team is very confident on the pipeline of work.

If you are looking to work in a small team where you can make lots of impact then this could be the job for you.

It could suit a Paralegal who is currently working in a large firm dealing with volume conveyancing who wants to step away from this world.

The role is office-based.

The firm has a track record of supporting juniors through their careers, and there are examples of Paralegals who have qualified as Solicitors in the firm.

The Successful Applicant

It's likely that you will have at least 6 months' experience in Property Law.
