Role Overview:
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our multi-entity organization. This role requires a motivated and self-starting individual with international experience, strong post-qualification experience, and ideally, proficiency in using Netsuite. The ideal candidate will also have experience organising and dealing with an external audit and preferably experience in a leveraged business. We need someone who will be adept at managing a small team to deliver efficient and well-controlled processes. There are multiple system and process improvements ongoing and experience driving change is vital.

We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote.
