Location: On-site (Office-based, no remote work), London, UK

Salary & Benefits:

Daily meal allowance: £15/day (on-site workdays only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, cash handling, and financial reporting, playing a key role in supporting the team’s financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and process internal and external accounting records, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
  2. Manage petty cash transactions and maintain daily cash flow logs
  3. Perform regular account reconciliations and support internal audits
  4. Assist in compiling and preparing financial reports for management review
  5. Support the team in handling digital payments, including learning processes involving USDT (stablecoin) transactions

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
  3. Understanding of cloud-based accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage)
  4. Strong written communication skills in Mandarin; English proficiency is highly desirable
  5. Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and accuracy
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial documentation tools
