Job Overview

Looking for someone to be a carer/friend to a 33-year-old male with a diagnosis of Autism.

Responsibilities

1. Help him with socializing.
2. Take him out for part of the day to a heritage railway or a museum, which are among his many passions.
3. Engage in activities such as playing darts and pool, and going for walks.
4. Provide companionship without personal care needs.

Requirements

1. Must have a DBS check before starting the role, as this is mandatory for working with a vulnerable adult.
2. Ability to be flexible with hours due to the nature of the role.
