My client is an independent healthcare provider who is going through a time of significant and exciting growth.
My client needs an Interim Project Change Manager for Labs – ideally with experience of histopathology labs. The interim would need to be based on-site in London for around 6 months and during this time drive through and embed improvements in process and workflow.
The purpose of the project is to lead the changes and improvements needed from the team and to be relentless in driving them through and ensuring people know what is expected of them. You must be able to demonstrate change management experience to drive through process improvements. Aside from having process and leadership skills, you will also need to be highly visible and always walking the floor.
My client requires an immediate start and the assignment’s duration is between 4 and 6 months. They are offering an assignment rate of £475pd outside IR35.
