An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a truly international law firm in the city.

This rare opportunity will see you joining a modern and forward-thinking law firm with state-of-the-art technology and an established IT team. Supporting close to 200 users in the London office alongside a supportive team, you will take ownership of a variety of interesting IT tasks to help build your knowledge and career prospects.

Duties will include:

• Setting up new users
• Creating email addresses
• Setting up program-specific users
• Providing Citrix support

You will also train new members of staff on Teams, provide AV support, and manage the firm’s MFPs.

The perfect IT Support Analyst will ideally have experience within a corporate, legal, or professional services environment. Being the first point of contact for all 1st line queries, you will boast excellent communication skills and be able to work towards SLAs. You will also get exposure to wider IT issues including 2nd and 3rd line support.
