Deputy Care Manager

Douglas Court Care Home are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team based in Derby, Derbyshire. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £37,245 Annum.

You will be joining the team at Douglas Court, a lovely purpose-built 43 bed quality residential home for dementia in Ivy Square, Derby offering affordable and high-quality care.

About the Deputy Manager role:

We are recruiting a Deputy Manager who will be committed, warm and friendly and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service to our residents. You will supervise all care aspects within the home and report to the Home Manager.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential).
• NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential.
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills.
• Own car required and business miles paid.
