Job Title: Integrity Partnerships and Programs Manager

Location: Remote, UK

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Integrity Partnership team, focusing on product and policy-related issues. This role involves managing internal projects and building strong relationships with external partners. The successful candidate will collaborate with policy, partnerships, operations, engineering, product, and finance teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support product launches.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects forward independently. Experience managing external relationships and advocating for partner needs internally is essential. A strong sense of prioritisation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and efficient time management are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support integrity programs, partnerships, and policy workstreams.
• Manage and resolve inbound operational issues affecting external partners.
• Identify recurring issues, develop solutions, and improve internal processes.
• Draft and present internal progress reports.
• Build and manage relationships with external business partners.
• Communicate policy guidance and best practices externally.
• Support product launches by providing guidance and gathering partner feedback.

Skills and Experience

Must-Have:

• Self-starter who takes initiative and communicates effectively.
• Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience managing partner relationships and resolving product issues.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent programs with minimal oversight.
• Ability to handle sensitive information effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
• Quick learner with new tools and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in tech, social media, news publishing, or digital media industries.
• Experience in project management and operations.
• Experience in account or partner management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working at a major tech platform.
• Proficiency with Excel.
