The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
  • Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists
  • Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance
  • Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions
  • Audit, monitor, and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams
  • Develop new sales skills in the employees
  • Provide regular feedback to the Management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
