With over 30 years of success, this specialist subcontractor is expanding its estimating team and seeking a talented individual from the roofing industry. Whether you're already working as an Estimator or currently quoting and pricing your own projects, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career. You'll work on construction projects from pre-conception through to designs, specifications, and beyond. In the long term, you'll establish yourself as a respected industry expert and take control of your professional journey.

The role of the estimator will include:

1. Working closely with the head of construction on all pre-construction documents, tenders, and designs
2. Attending site visits and meetings to get a better understanding of projects, surveying and ensuring estimates and tenders are specific to clients' requirements
3. Advising on specification changes, costings, and much more to clients, architects, and the internal team

The successful Estimator will have:

1. Strong knowledge and understanding of roofing or cladding
2. Confident using Microsoft packages and working on Excel
3. Willing to learn and a keen eye for detail and interest in construction and estimating
