Job Description

  • Lead global eCommerce trading strategies, managing the DTC website and optimising the customer journey to drive sales.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage promotional strategies and ensure alignment with the brand's commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align spend with trading peaks and product strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and report on performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless site experiences and manage customer initiatives.
  • Oversee loyalty programmes, lifecycle campaigns, and end-to-end CRM reporting.
  • Support site improvement projects and ensure the website remains fully optimised for trading.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, trading, and CRM management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform trading strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Paid Media channels, SEO, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
