Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in the United Kingdom. The Speech and Language Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day tasks include working with patients across various age groups, maintaining patient records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The role also involves participating in team meetings, conducting research, and contributing to service development.

Qualifications

• Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment of speech and language disorders
• Experience working with diverse age groups (children, adults, elderly)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc)
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Research skills and commitment to continuous professional development
