Job description

Part Time 22.5 Hours per Week including Weekends

At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres and create an exceptional customer service experience.

We are looking for Garden Centre Team Members who will be the heart of our operations, ensuring customers have the best experience in store.

Heavy lifting will be required; this is a physical job, so candidates need to be strong and able to lift.

Do you enjoy working with plants and amongst a great team? Do you enjoy both dextrous and physical outdoor work? Working Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Duties will include:

  • Till operation
  • Taking cash and card payments
  • Assisting customers with their purchases
  • Providing quality customer service
  • General housekeeping and maintaining a tidy till area
  • Ordering stock/produce from local suppliers
  • Merchandising
  • Stock replenishment
