Job description

A national property law firm is keen to appoint a home-based Residential Conveyancer to join the team on a fully remote basis.

They are interested to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives.

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of transactions, providing conveyancing for clients and delivering completions within the required timeframes as per the terms of their auction transactions.

With the flexibility of remote working, you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your workload while delivering exceptional service to clients.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a conveyancer, licensed conveyancer, or solicitor with a proven track record of handling a variety of conveyancing transactions.
2. Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and third parties.
4. Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a 'can-do' approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
5. Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
