Tasks

1. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
2. Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
3. Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
4. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a data-driven and intuitive interface.
5. Develop feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
7. Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
8. Monitor app performance, analytics, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
9. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
10. Oversee end-to-end app operations, including deployment, maintenance, and customer support.
11. Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
12. Manage partnerships with third-party service providers (e.g., API vendors, cloud platforms).
13. Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
14. Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
15. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
16. Develop training materials, documentation, and onboarding processes for users.
17. Track operational metrics, SLA compliance, and overall app stability.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
2. Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field preferred
3. Great command of English, German or Russian is considered a plus
