Tasks
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a data-driven and intuitive interface.
- Develop feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
- Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
- Monitor app performance, analytics, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee end-to-end app operations, including deployment, maintenance, and customer support.
- Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
- Manage partnerships with third-party service providers (e.g., API vendors, cloud platforms).
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
- Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
- Develop training materials, documentation, and onboarding processes for users.
- Track operational metrics, SLA compliance, and overall app stability.
Requirements- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field preferred
- Great command of English, German or Russian is considered a plus
