Job Summary

Join the events team at a brand new arts centre in Cornwall. We are looking to build a team of Event Managers to run evening and weekend events including cinema screenings, workshops, markets and workshops at Saltash Studios.

Job Description

Job Purpose

We are aiming to create welcoming and high quality activities which are accessible to the whole community. We are also at a key point of change and growth and you will be part of a team of Event Managers who are key to helping us develop and improve our operations, services, policies and income generation.

This role includes:

Running front of house operations.
Managing volunteers.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Managing health & safety aspects of events.
Running bar and refreshment sales.

This role is a zero-hours contract with flexible hours, changing each week. You would be part of a team of Event Managers delivering a schedule of events. Most of the events are evenings and weekends.

Salary: £12.21ph (+ pension and annual leave)
