We are urgently on the lookout for Joiners to join our team in the Derby area.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a skilled Joiner to carry out joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations, and installations across housing stock, schools, and public buildings. This role requires a professional with strong technical abilities who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing joinery repairs, renovations, and maintenance work.
• Carrying out first and second fix joinery installations.
• Interpreting design drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining vehicle stock levels to ensure service efficiency.
• Working within an appointment system and liaising with customers.
• Submitting job-related paperwork and digital documentation on time.
• Providing accurate records for materials and work orders.
• Participating in the out-of-hours emergency repair service on a rota basis.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards.
• Using and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE).
