• Proficiency in creating detailed pre-production schedules.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult, design, and advise on technical elements for diverse events.
• Manage event production from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution.
• Prepare detailed pre-production schedules and manage supplier deadlines.
• Conduct technical venue recces and guide client selection.
• Manage budgets, financial reconciliations, and margin analysis.
• Support account management teams in client strategies and proposals.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Ensure accurate Clockify time sheet entry, and analyze team time usage.
