About our client

We are partnering with a leading multi-asset investment firm which is looking to bring an FP&A Lead into their London based finance function. This is a great opportunity to provide key financial insight regarding business performance and take ownership of budgeting and long-term planning across the group. The FP&A Lead will work across financial planning, forecasting and process improvements, driving multiple projects and workstreams while collaborating with a range of stakeholders. What the job involves

• Support of group financial planning, modelling, and forecasting
• Annual budgeting process and regular reporting
• Implementation of processes improvements to provide efficient scenario planning capabilities and insightful analysis of business performance and forecasts
• Lead all financial modelling and reforecasting, whether P&L, balance sheet, cash flow etc
• Prepare, review and monitor full monthly management reporting and explaining variances to budget and forecasts
• Support the development of existing and potentially new systems to reduce the dependency on excel and improve efficiencies and timeliness

Who we are looking for

• Qualified accountant, FP&A experience would be desirable
• Financial services experience would be desired
• A confident business partner with exposure working in a fast-paced high growth environment
• Experience collaborating with a wide range of business units in a global work environment
• Hands on approach with a readiness to be flexible and pragmatic
• Strong attention to detail
