Our client is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing construction company based in Basildon.
About the Role - Duties and Responsibilities:
Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
Carry out site survey inspections
Complete Site Audit reports on the system
Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
Create work schedules for fitters on the company SIMPRO system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client’s quotation and project requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Must have some industrial flooring background.
Must have a full clean UK driving License and must be willing to travel.
