You will lead a large team to drive processes and improvement within a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent service levels are being met. You will lead, coach, develop, and engage with senior managers to ensure 'best in class processes' are implemented and the organisational vision is set out. You will identify business growth opportunities and ensure innovative business solutions are developed to drive business forward.
