Job Description
Manage procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
Analyse and optimise the procurement process to ensure efficiency.
Provide reports and data analysis to support strategic decision making.
Work collaboratively with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to meet department objectives.
Support the development and implementation of new procurement systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts as required.
Regularly review and update procurement policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Purchasing & Systems Analyst' should have:
Experience working with SAP Ariba
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations related to procurement.
