Job summary

An established industry player is seeking experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapists to join their team in Inner London. This locum role involves supporting children aged 3 to 19, providing essential interventions as part of their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). You will work primarily within the same school, but may also travel to various specialist schools. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of paediatric SLT experience, be HCPC/RCSLT registered, and possess dysphagia expertise. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in paediatric SLT, especially in educational settings.

Paediatric Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs)
Inner London

Pay rate - £455 per day.

Working arrangements: Monday to Friday only.

Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for several Paediatric Speech and Language Therapists to join our client based in West London on a locum basis.

Overall, you will work majority of the time within the same school; however, you could be expected to travel to different specialist schools within the area. The age range of individuals you will work with is between 3 - 19 years old.

What you will do:

  • Support children with interventions as part of EHCP.
  • Update teachers and parents when required.
  • Admin duties and liaising with relevant individuals is crucial in this role.
  • Conduct telephone calls occasionally.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing support in an educational setting.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.

What we're looking for:

  • Must have 2 years of paediatric SLT experience.
  • Experience in schools is required.
  • Must be HCPC / RCSLT registered.
  • Dysphagia experience is required.
  • No newly qualified SLTs will be considered for this role.
