Job Description
Support CRM management across events, ensuring seamless functionality.
Assist in optimising Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot for efficiency and user experience.
Handle forms, phases, and content creation within EventsAir.
Manage and resolve Salesforce, Pardot, and EventsAir support tickets.
Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with support teams as needed.
Maintain data hygiene through quality control and audits.
Implement CRM improvements to meet business needs.
Oversee CRM timelines to align with event schedules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and event execution.
The Successful Applicant
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (essential).
Familiarity with Pardot and event management platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Interest in the travel and events industry.
Willingness to travel globally as needed.
