Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about Formula One?

We are working with an Oxfordshire based Principal Contractor that is delivering high specification Fit Out & Construction projects for some of the leading F1 teams. They need an experienced QS/SQS who has experience of working on high-end office Fit Out & Construction Projects.

The company delivers Construction & High Specification Interior Fit Out Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire. Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £20 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director as a Quantity Surveyor, this is a varied role requiring you to work from home and on sites. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing commercial controls for high-end Commercial Office Fit Out & construction projects.

The successful person will be rewarded with a salary of between £75k-£90k (DOE) plus car/car allowance, benefits package, and ongoing career prospects.
